1. Work registration

According to the national copyright administration related provisions of the "trial implementation measures for the work of voluntary registration, all that which is copyrighted by the author, other citizen, legal person or entity without legal personality and exclusive rights of all people and their agents, all can apply for registration of works.

2. Scope of work registration

(1) written works;

(2) oral works;

(3) music, drama, quyi, dance and acrobatics;

(4) art and architectural works;

(5) photographic works;

(6) film works and works created by means of similar filmmaking;

(7) graphic works and model works such as engineering design drawings, product design drawings, maps and schematics;

(8) computer software;

(9) other works prescribed by laws and administrative regulations.

3. Necessity of work registration

Copyright registration work is to carry out the implementation of the copyright law, to adapt to the holder of the copyright owner and the actual needs, set up, the work in such aspects as the legal rights of the copyright owner of the clear plays a positive role. Holder of the registered items can be as preliminary evidence that have rights, in the people's court or the administrative department of copyright when handling copyright disputes, the registration certificate can be used as evidence.

4. Submission of materials

When applying, the applicant shall submit relevant certificates and materials in accordance with the provisions of the trial measures on voluntary registration of works:

1, fill in the works of an application for registration, registration form, each a liability waiver, submit the original and copy of the work, the work instructions (indicating creation idea, main characteristics and contents, etc.) a;

2. Applicant's identity certificate;

3, apply for registration of commissioned works, the copyright owner also shall be submitted to the copyright owner and the creator of the id card copy (of the copyright owner or creator is unit, shall submit copies of business license or a legal person code certificate, a copy of id card of the legal representative), commissioned contract or agreement each a copy of the original and photocopy;

4, cooperative work of application for registration, and shall be submitted to cooperation of the author's id card copy (co-author is unit, shall submit copies of business license or a legal person code certificate, a copy of id card of the legal representative), cooperation, create a contract or agreement each a copy of the original and photocopy;

5, works to apply for registration, shall be submitted to the author's id photocopy, or proprietary rights of the copyright owner copies of business license or a legal person code certificate, legal representative id photocopy, the original and the copy of employment contract and copyright ownership certificate;

6, artwork or photography applies for registration, the applicant to submit relevant materials according to the above the circumstance outside, still need to submit photos of two pieces of works (not more than 3 r, computer printing), a post in the "application form for the registration of works" lower left margin, and cover the place, on the other one with the submitted materials.
